The Problem

RM70 billion. Frozen. Unclaimed.

Malaysia holds an estimated RM70B+ in economically frozen, unclaimed, and unresolved estates. The pain is not lack of law — Malaysia has Faraid, the Distribution Act 1958, and Amanah Raya. The pain is the complete absence of accessible digital infrastructure to execute what the law already permits.

The Solution

One platform. Four layers.

Warisan is not a consumer app. It is capital market infrastructure disguised as a family tool — a vertically integrated estate marketplace that turns Malaysia's frozen estate problem into a measurable social outcome.

📊

Consumer SaaS

Free Faraid + civil calculator. No account required. Warisan Score gamifies estate readiness from 0–100.

B2C Freemium
⚖️

Professional Marketplace

Lawyers, Faraid consultants, property agents, care providers — receiving scoped tasks, not raw leads.

B2B2C Gig Economy
🔌

API / Institutional

Every function callable as API. Target first integration: Maybank / CIMB Islamic. Annual data licence RM50–200k.

Institutional Infrastructure
Maqasid al-Shariah

Built on the five essentials.

Warisan addresses four of the five Maqasid al-Shariah directly. This is not a positioning strategy — it is the functional description of what the platform does.

النسب
Lineage

Faraid enforces correct heir relationships

المال
Wealth

RM70B+ returned to rightful heirs

النفس
Life

Care marketplace for aging asset owners

الدين
Faith

Syariah-compliant distribution, waqf integration

Warisan Score™ as ICM Instrument

A verifiable credential for Islamic capital markets.

The Warisan Score is a gamified estate readiness metric — scored 0 to 100 — that tracks a family's progress toward complete estate organisation. We propose to co-create this Score as a verifiable ICM credential under FIKRALab guidance, recognised by takaful operators, Islamic banks, and EPF as evidence of estate planning behaviour.

Score Components

Calculator completed (+10) · Property docs (+15) · Beneficiaries registered (+15) · Executor appointed (+20) · Wasiat executed (+25) · Annual review (+5)

Total: 90 points to Score 100

ICM Applications

Takaful premium incentive for Score 80+ · Islamic bank estate planning qualification · Employer benefit metric · Waqf/sadaqah jariyah prompt at Score 100

Instrument: Verifiable credential
Islamic Social Finance

B40 estate readiness. Gamified.

The free calculator tier — no account, no cost, no barrier — is specifically designed for B40 families who have never had access to Faraid education. Every family that completes a calculation contributes to a national SROI dataset: estates resolved, RM value returned, probate cases avoided, B40 families served, average time-to-resolution.

Social Enterprise Layer

Grant-fundable metrics: Yayasan Hasanah, Khazanah Social Impact, MRANTI, Maybank Foundation, JAWHAR Waqf. SROI reporting built into the platform from day one.

Impact: measurable

Waqf Activation

Families reaching Score 100 receive a waqf / sadaqah jariyah prompt — religious recognition as the reward milestone. Natural Finterra referral pathway for surplus assets.

Finterra integration: Year 2

FIKRALab Fit

We map to all three focus areas.

FIKRALab's first cohort centres on three priorities under the Capital Market Masterplan 2026–2030. Warisan maps to all three.

Technical Architecture

Sovereign AI. Malaysian infrastructure.

Three functions run on locally-owned, sovereign AI — not external APIs. This is both a regulatory safeguard and a competitive moat: the Faraid reasoning layer is untransferable without rebuilding the entire compliance stack.

🧮

Faraid Engine

Deterministic code — not LLM. Fixed Islamic rules cannot be delegated to a probabilistic model. Zero hallucination risk.
